• Decisions come as cards. One at a time, in plain words, with a recommendation.
• You are never the messenger. Staff carries every file, message, and follow-up.

You rule four ways: approve, defer, comment, or deploy fleets. A comment is an instruction, not a note — your words route word-for-word to the team doing the work. We will make your first ruling together on Monday.
